Krista Ann Crumpley

Krista Ann Crumpley, 53, of Marionville passed away Dec. 4, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. She was born Sept. 19, 1967, in Springfield, the daughter of Bill and Gayle (Summers) Crumpley.
She was a 1986 graduate of Willard High School. She was a lifelong volunteer for many different organizations including, office administrator at the Council of Churches, office administrator at Equi-Librium Therapy Center Inc., volunteer at the Library and in her complex where she lived and was a member of the Red Hat Society. She was a member of the Pierson Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where she was an elder, music director, taught Sunday school and Vacation Bible school, directed the Church Christmas programs and was a prayer warrior.
She is survived by her father, Bill (Joyce) Crumpley, of Springfield; mother, Gayle Crumpley of Conroe, Texas; her twin sister, Karen (Chris) Rogers, of Paris, Ark.; brothers, Kent (Teri) Crumpley, and Kary (Gabrielle) Crumpley, all of Marionville and Justin (Caitlin) Crumpley, of Springfield; five nieces and nephews, Will, Wade, Caysen, Kennedy and Charlotte Crumpley and numerous cousins and extended family.
A funeral service, under the direction of the Williams Funeral Home in Marionville, was held Dec. 10, 2020, at the Pierson Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Marionville. Burial followed at the Marionville IOOF Cemetery. Visitation was held Dec. 9, 2020, in the funeral home chapel.
