Larry Alan Hoover

Larry Alan Hoover, 62, of Halltown passed away on Aug. 27, 2021 at Mercy Hospital. Hoover was born in Springfield, on Nov. 11, 1958 to Harold and Joan Hoover of Everton.
Hoover grew up and attended schools in Kansas City. He worked around the Kansas City area for many years building homes, apartments, and was talented at all construction. In 2008, Hoover moved to Mt. Vernon and began working for the Missouri Rehab Center in the maintenance department. On Aug. 15, 2009 Hoover married Teresa Sparkman in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Hoover is survived by his wife, Teresa Hoover; son, Brian (Brittany) Hoover; and two grandchildren; three sisters, Marilyn Partney of Cedar Park, Texas; Linda (Daniel) Stevens of East Lynne; and Barb (Ken) Shoemaker of Garden City; along with other relatives
Services will be held at a later date. Burial will be at Ruckman Cemetery. The Family wishes to express gratitude for all the thoughts and prayers.
