Larry Glenn Clevenger

Larry Glenn Clevenger passed away Dec. 1, 2021 at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond,Va. after a long illness. He was born Sept. 6, 1952 to Delmar and Edith Clevenger.
He is preceded in death by both parents and his wife of 40 years, four sisters, three brothers, and a daughter in law.
 He is survived by three sisters, Barbara Pope of Anderson, Judy Jackson of Ottawa, Kan., Reva Newman of Mt. Vernon; four sons, Eddie Cowan (Charidy) of Ft. Chiswell, Va., Delmar Clevenger (Janelle) of Joplin, David Clevenger (Kelly) of Joplin, Mike Cowan of Coredes, Ariz.; daughter Elizabeth Clevenger (Hannah) of Max Meadows, Va.; 20 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
The family is hosting a celebration of life from 6:30-7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 4, 2022 at the Marc at 822 W. Mt. Vernon Blvd. in Mt. Vernon.
