Leo Glenn Kreutzer

Leo Glenn Kreutzer, 87, of Pierce City, passed away Dec. 29, 2019, at his home near Pierce City. Kreutzer was born in Hays, Kan. Aug. 6, 1932. He was the son of Albinus R. and Katherine (Denning) Kreutzer. He married Patricia “Patsy” Koch on Oct. 26, 1952 in Denver, Colo. She passed away Jan. 18, 2019.
Kreutzer moved to Missouri in 1980 from Denver, Colo. to de-stress and enjoy life. While in Colorado, he worked as a foreman for many years for Sigman Meat Company. He graduated from Golden High School. While living in Missouri, he worked as a maintenance employee for Pierce City School District.
Surviving are the following: son, Pat (Cindi) Kreutzer; daughter, Lynette (Michael) Bagrosky; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; along with many friends. He was preceded in death by his wife and brothers, Clinton, Richard, and Dennis.
The family will receive friends at Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City on Jan. 10, 2020, from 1-2 p.m. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home. Kreutzer will be cremated at his request and burial will be at a later date under the direction and care of Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City.
