Lewis Tilden Franklin Miller

Lewis Tilden Franklin Miller, 89, of Aurora passed away July 2, 2021, at the Mt. Vernon Place Care Center in Mt. Vernon. He was born Sept. 3, 1931, in Barry County the son of Aleck and Mary (Shaffer) Miller.
Miller was a United States Army veteran serving during the Korean War and was a mechanic.  He was a member of the Aurora Baptist Temple for 59 years and drove the church bus for many years.
On March 1, 1952, he married Carolyn Jo (Joey) Hadley in Eureka Springs, Ark. She preceded him in death on April 11, 2014.
Miller is survived by his son, Michael Miller of Aurora; daughter, Linda (Steve) Swadley of Aurora; one grandson and two great-grandchildren.
Miller was preceded in death by his parents; wife; son, Terry Miller; one grandson and three brothers and eight sisters.
A memorial service under the direction of the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home, in Aurora, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at the Aurora Baptist Temple. Burial will be held at the Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora.
