Linda L. Israel

Linda L. Israel, 71, of Marionville, passed away Jan. 21, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
She was born to David and Louise Young Marks Nov. 11, 1948 in Marionville. She worked in housekeeping at the Methodist Manor in Marionville for many years.
Survivors include: her husband, Randy Israel; son, Tony Israel of Marionville; daughters, Tonya (Gary) Martin of Nixa and Tammy (Clint) Farnsworth of Marionville; brothers, Larry Marks of Aurora, Tommy (Emily) Marks of Aurora and Donny (Angela) Marks of Crane; sisters, Carolyn (Brent) Thomas of Bixby, Okla. and Jeanie (Dean) Branstetter of Aurora; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson.
A celebration of life was held Jan. 25 at Engage Church. Burial followed in Bowling Chapel Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital or St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Arrangements are under the care of Peterson Funeral Chapel.
