Michael E. Hilburn

Michael E. Hilburn, 67, of Exeter passed away Oct. 7 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. He was born Dec. 3, 1952 in Wheaton, to James E. and Ova (Coatney) Hilburn, who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death were brothers, Randy, Kevin and Steve Hilburn.
He grew up in Exeter where he graduated from Exeter High School and later went on to obtain a degree in wastewater. He was employed by Fast Gas II as a manager.
Surviving are daughters, Amanda (Jessie) Cruz of Monett and Mikaela (Butch) Fonner of Crane; brother, Bruce Hilburn of Seligman; and seven grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Oct. 12 at Russell Cemetery in Butterfield under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Memorials may be made to the family in memory of Michael.
