Nadine Marie Obermann

Nadine Marie Obermann, 92, of Monett passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022 at her granddaughter’s home in Purdy.
She was born on Feb. 10, 1930 in Purdy, daughter of the late Oscar and Cecilia (Schad) Saloga. Obermann was a graduate of Purdy High School, class of 1948. She was united in marriage to Elmer Amos Obermann on March 31, 1951 at St. John’s Lutheran Church. Together, they farmed most of their lives. They were blessed with two children. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.
Obermann is survived by her four grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Elmer Obermann; her son, Mark Obermann; her daughter, Becky Morgan; her brothers, Richard and Maynard Saloga; a granddaughter; and a great-granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 20, 2022 at the Trinity Lutheran Church with Reverend Jake Sletten officiating. Interment will follow in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time at the church. Memorial contributions have been suggested to Trinity Lutheran Church (Braille Ministry). Arrangements are under the direction of Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett.
