Randy Duane Johnson

Randy Duane Johnson, of Galena, was born on Jan. 9, 1960, in Aurora, to Dude and June Johnson and passed away Aug. 11, 2021, at the age of 61.  
Johnson attended Crane High School in Crane, and after graduating in 1977 went on to further study at Crowder and Drury University.
He married his wife, Kelley, on Aug. 12, 1995.
Randy is survived by his parents, Dude and June Johnson of Galena,; his wife, Kelley Johnson of Galena; his children Shelli Allen (Patrick), of Bentonville, Ark; Corey Johnson (Heather) of Lafayette, La.; stepdaughter Michelle Sicard of Kansas City; and stepdaughter Kara Kamutu, of Springfield. He also loved his seven grand-children. Johnson was also cherished by his sister and brothers, Marchia Blades (Wayne) of Crane; Doug Johnson (Alice) of Crane; twin brother Andy Johnson (Amy) of Springfield; Kelly Johnson (Amy) of Marshall, Ark.; and Faron Johnson (Linsey) of Galena.  Randy is also survived by a host of nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces, as well as a loving church family.
Visitation was held at Greenlawn East in Springfield 6-8 p.m. on Aug. 17, 2021, masks required.  A memorial service will be held at Harvest Ministries in Springfield 6 p.m. on Aug. 19, 2021.
