Following White’s birth, her parents decided to move her and her older brother to Miller to be closer to her mother’s relatives. It was there that White was raised, attended school, and was actively involved in the Miller United Methodist Church. After her father’s passing in 1961, she moved with her mother, and younger brother to Springfield where she graduated from Parkview High School in 1963.
After graduation, she was married for two years, and gave birth to her son at age 20.
At age 22, she became the ninth person to be employed at the Zenith Television Corporation. She worked in various positions there for the next 25 years until the plant relocated in 1992. Following her time at Zenith she decided to return to college and graduated with an Associate degree from Ozarks Technical Community College.
After she finished college, the Ozarks Council of Churches offered her a position to be the administrative assistant for both the Human Resource Department and the Ombudsman program. This would be a career that Rosella would continue to work in for the next 15 years until her retirement at age 65.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe and Helen (Blair) Snyder; her brother and sister-in-law, Avon and Wilma (Cantrell) Snyder; and her sister and brother-in-law, Lora Faye (Vaile) and Scott Wilson.
She is survived by a son Jeffery (Adriane) White; one brother, Wesely Snyder; one grandson; one granddaughter; and a host of nieces and nephews.
