Schubert, Mosley going back to state

Mt. Vernon seniors Allie Schubert and Bella Mosley advanced to the state tennis meet a year ago falling to the eventual runners up from North County in the quarterfinals as juniors. As seniors, they will return to Cooper Sports complex in Springfield with revenge on their mind, after downing a pair from Thomas Jefferson Independent in the sectional match 7-6, 7-5 and 6-4. The state tournament opens on Friday and will conclude Saturday.
