Serena Kay “Ree” Archer

Serena Kay “Ree” Archer, 46, of Mt. Vernon passed away July 6, 2021, at the Boone Hospital in Columbia. She was born Dec. 21, 1974, in Springfield, the daughter of Kenny and Sonya (Garner) Rinker.
Rinker was a 1993 graduate of Mt. Vernon High School and was a hairdresser.  She was a member of the Chesapeake Baptist Church.
On Dec. 14, 2016, she married Glenn (Pete) Archer in Mt. Vernon.
Rinker is survived by her mother; her husband, Pete, of Mt. Vernon; son, Keaton Real and fiancée, Lyric Allen, of Nixa; three grandchildren; brother, Lafe (Angie) Rinker; nieces, Ada and Laken Rinker, and many loving friends and family.
Rinker was preceded in death by her father; son, Kolton Real and daughter-in-law, Kaylie Real.
A funeral service was held July 10, 2021, at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon.  Visitation was held July 9, 2021, in the funeral home chapel.
Memorial donations may be made payable to the Campground Cemetery, in care of the funeral home.
