Shelia Ross

Sheila “Raynette” Ross, 52, of Pierce City, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021, at her residence in Pierce City. She was born in Springdale, Ark. on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 1969; daughter of Gene and Lula (Main) Fields. She was a 1987 graduate of Springdale High School where she participated in band and flags. She donated many crocheted hats to patients at Hulston Cancer Center in Springfield.
Ross is survived by the following: her mother, Lula Fields of Purdy; a daughter, Courtney Elizabeth Ross; two granddaughters; one sister, Rhonda (Donnie) Middleton of Mulberry, AR; two brothers, Rusty (Melissa) Fields of Purdy, and Dale Eugene (Renae) Fields, Jr., Washburn; and a sister-in-law, Tammy Fields of Gainesville, Texas. She will be missed by many other family members and friends.
Ross was preceded in death by her dad, Gene; and a brother, Scott.
The family will receive friends at Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022.
Graveside services and burial will be at Pierce City Cemetery in Pierce City, beginning at 2 p.m on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City.
