Song Her

Song Her, 58, of Monett passed away Friday, Dec. 12, 2025 at CoxHealth Medical Center South in Springfield.
She was born in Laos, the daughter of Youateng Her and Ka Zoua Yang. Song was united in marriage to Youa Yang in Laos, he preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her parents.
Surviving are her sons, Oukham Yang, of Monett and Neng Yang, of Laos; daughters, Mai Yang and husband Yee Xiong, Iab os Yang and husband Xai Lee and Doua Song Yang and husband Tee Xiong, all of Laos; brother Blia Tou Her, of Tennessee and sister Zeb Her, of California.
Services will be held from 8 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 24, until 9 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 26, at McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 26, at Maplewood Cemetery in Exeter.
