Stella Chloe (Lawrence) Powell

Stella Chloe (Lawrence) Powell, 92, passed away March 15, 2022 at the Aurora Nursing Center. She was born Dec. 21, 1929 to Karl and Irene Lawrence in Galena. On Sept. 22, 1946 she married Martin (Jack) Powell.
She is survived by her son Garry Powell (Pat) of Aurora and her daughter Sally Wood of Miller and by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and by many nieces and nephews and so many friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, her beloved husband Jack and her son Larry Powell.
She will be buried in a private family burial at Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora at a later date.
