Truman Harold Zinn

Truman Harold Zinn, 79, of Verona passed away Oct. 15, 2020.
He was born July 25, 1941 in Leann, the son of Howard P. and Faye Marie Zinn, who preceded him in death.
In his younger years he attended school at McDowell and then Crane. After moving to California, he attended Bell Gardens High School where he graduated. From Aug. 7, 1959 through Aug. 6, 1962 he served in the United States Army. Later he moved to Oklahoma where he was a police officer, then traveled for construction crews where he was a heavy equipment operator. While in Oklahoma he was a a member of Masonic Lodge.
Surviving are sons, Truman (Calinda) Zinn of Monett, Clinton Zinn of Chesapeake, and David Zinn of Verona; seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one on the way. Also preceding him in death was a sister, Rethal Williams.
Visitation will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
