Wanda Batson

Wanda Batson, 91, passed away April 13, 2022. She was born Sept. 17, 1930 to Enoch and Ruby Sawlkill Wilson.
She was the third child of their family of 10 children. She had seven children of her own.
Batson leaves behind four of her seven children, Jack (Debbie) Cullen of Aurora, Wayne Cullen of Fulton, Sharon Burt of Crane and Karen (Bruce) Johnson of Kamas, Utah.; 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Wilburn Wilson of Aurora; sister-in-laws, Nora Wilson of Cassville, and Agnes Wilson of Marionville; and along with numerous loving and cherished nieces, nephews and friends of all ages.
She is preceded in death by her parents; several brothers and sisters; four sons, Charles Cullen, Dallas Cullen, James Branstetter and Michael Branstetter; granddaughter, Jeanna Bastian and many others.
A family viewing was at 2 p.m. Friday, April 15, in the Peterson Funeral Chapel.
A celebration of life followed at Batson’s farm north of Aurora.
