Mary Ruth (Lechner) Griesbaum

Mary Ruth (Lechner) Griesbaum, 80, of Aurora passed away in her home Dec. 1, 2019. She was born May 10, 1939 to Albert and Gertrude Lechner in Verona.
She graduated from Verona High School in 1957. In 1964 she married Eugene Griesbaum. They were blessed with 55 years together. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Aurora. She was a homemaker.      
Survivors include: husband, Gene; brother, James Lechner of Aurora; son, David Griesbaum of Aurora; daughters, Gina (Ken) Smith of Springfield, Tina (Paul) Horn Aurora and, Sara Siegrist of Aurora; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral Mass was held Dec. 5 in the Holy Trinity Catholic Church under the care of Peterson Funeral Chapel. Burial followed in Calvary Cemetery in Verona.
