Timothy Allen Vermillion

Timothy Allen Vermillion, 63, of Golden, passed away Dec. 6, 2019, while at Bentonview Park Health and Rehab in Monett. Ruth was born June 13, 1956 in Granby, to the late Kenneth and Irene (Schad) Vermillion. Being raised in Monett, he graduated from Monett High School with the class of 1974. He was brought up in the Lutheran Church and had attended St. John’s Lutheran Church in Monett for many years. For most of his working years, he was a truck driver.
Vermillion is survived by: son, Matthew Vermillion, of Golden; brother, Stephen (Donna) Vermillion of Springfield; sister, Nancy (Gary) Bass of Monett; one nephew; one niece; one great-niece; two great-nephews; as well as a host of extended family and friends.   
Visitation will be held at 3 p.m. Dec. 13, 2019 at Buchanan Funeral Home with a memorial service beginning at 4 p.m. A private committal will be held at a later date at Stones Prairie Cemetery. Memorials be made to Hospice Compassus in care of the funeral home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Buchanan Funeral Home, 301 Euclid Ave in Monett.
