Dorothy Mae Alice Frock Osterloh

Dorothy Mae Alice Frock Osterloh, of Freistatt, Missouri, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, July 20, 2020, at her home, at the age of 93.  She was born January 28, 1927, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to Albert and Bertha (Goedecke) Frock.
She was united in marriage to Milton Osterloh on June 3, 1951.  He preceded her in death on October 28, 2003.
Dorothy lived in the Mt. Vernon and Freistatt communities most of her life, working at the Lawrence County Nursing Home, Trinity Lutheran Church and School and the John Taylor Senior Center.  She loved spending time with her large family.  She was still an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Dorcas Ladies Aide, and the American Legion Auxiliary, of which she was a charter member.
Dorothy was known for her beautiful hand quilting, having just completed her most recent one of almost 500 quilts.
Survivors include four children, Edith Harmon and her husband, Mike, of Freistatt, LaNette Sagehorn and her husband, Kearney, of Clifton Park, New York, Cindy Rinker and her husband, Bruce, and Win Osterloh and his wife, Susie, of Mt. Vernon; 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; two brothers, Albert and George Frock and one sister, Betty Pugh.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband and five brothers, Johnny, Fred, Chester, Norman, and Walter.
A funeral service, under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon, was held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2020, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Freistatt, with burial that followed in the church cemetery.  Visitation was held from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 26, 2020, in the funeral home chapel.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church Tower Chimes or the Narthax Flooring fund, in care of the funeral home.
