Janice Ball

Janice Ball, 78, of Eagle Rock passed away Oct. 14, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Cassville. She was born May 29, 1942 in Riverside, Calif., the daughter of Stacy and Bernice (Hildreth) Comstock.
Ball graduated from Pacific High School in San Bernardino, Calif. After moving here in 1988 she worked at both Cox-Monett Hospital in Monett and South Barry County Hospital in Cassville prior to her retirement. She attended Roaring River Baptist Church in Eagle Rock.
On Oct. 22, 1988, she was united in marriage to Gary Ball who survives. Also surviving are sons, Allen Saylor of Eagle Rock and Russell (Shana) Ball of Seneca; daughters, Veronica (Paul) Logan of Sparta, Cindy (Tony) Hudson of Verona, Evelyn Jackson of Monett, Mary (Roger) McMaster of Sarcoxie, and  Leona (Don) Yohn of Crawford, Miss.; 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents and sisters, Leona Armstrong, Shirley Comstock and Ilene Ball.
Services were held Oct. 21 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Burial followed at IOOF Cemetery in Monett.
The family received friends until service time at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
