Darla Gail Mitchell

Darla Gail Mitchell, 61, of Springfield passed away Nov. 29, 2020. She was born July 12, 1959, in Phoenix, Ariz., to James Roy and Frances Weaver. Mitchell was raised in Halltown and attended Miller High School. She obtained her GED and eventually went to cosmetology school.
She is survived by her children, Don (Dalene) Allen, Angela (Chad) Clark, and Ashley and Holly Mitchell; several grandchildren; step-sons, Marshall Miller and Jordan Gray; brother, Danny Weaver; and sister, Deneau (Todd) Henry. She has several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Dwane and Kenny Weaver.
A celebration of life will be at a later date.
