Charles “Lonny” Palmer

Charles “Lonny” Palmer, 80, of Monett passed away March 26, 2021 at his home with his wife Judy by his side.
Palmer was born on April 10, 1940 in Richmond son of Charles and Fern (Potter) Palmer. Palmer retired from Tyson Foods in Monett.
On Nov. 8, 1969 in Arvada, Colo., he married Judy Ann Kresal. They were blessed with 51 years together.
Palmer is survived by his wife; son, Chad (Buffy) Palmer of Monett; two grandchildren; brother, Joe Palmer of Harwood; special best friends, Rod and Joy Rousselow of Blue Eye; several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Palmer was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jim Palmer and Everett Palmer and sisters, Mary Swopes, Martha Smith and Alice Stinson.
Memorial visitation was held April 2, 2021 at Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett. Arrangements are under the direction of Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett.
