Arletta Meisner

Arletta Meisner, 84, of Bella Vista, Ark., passed away April 17, 2021, at the Mt. Vernon Place Care Center in Mt. Vernon. She was born July 22, 1936, in Elvins the daughter of Clive and Edna (Gipson) Mahurin.
On Dec. 5, 1954, she married Frank Meisner, in Kansas City. He preceded her in death on Aug. 16, 1985.
She is survived by daughters, Rene Anderson of Grantville, Kan., Linda Scott of Overland Park, Kan. and Karen (Larry) Hoag of Bella Vista, Ark.; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; brothers, David (Shirlene) Mahurin of Cherryvale, Kan. and Dannie (Lori) Mahurin of Mountain Grove and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sue Mahurin; brothers, Junior and Gale Mahurin and son-in-law, Aynard Anderson.
A celebration of her life was held April 20, 2021, at the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home, in Mt. Vernon. Burial was held April 21, 2021, at the Edwardsville Cemetery in Edwardsville, Kan.
