Steven Paul Ross

Steven Paul Ross, age 64, of Mt. Vernon, Missouri, passed away at 2:55 a.m. on Saturday, May 15, 2021, at the Lawrence County Manor in Mt. Vernon.  He was born September 9, 1956, in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, the son of Gilbert Chester and Joan Irene (Sengpill) Ross.
Steven was a Shop Manager for a diesel repair company and a member of the St. Susanne Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus, in Mt. Vernon.  He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed being in the outdoors, hunting and fishing.
Steven is survived by his mother, Joan Ross; one daughter, Natelie Elliott and her husband, Christopher, all of Mt. Vernon; two sons, Nathan Ross and his wife, Josie, of Plew, Missouri and Jacob Steven Perriman and his wife, Nicky, of Stotts City, Missouri; his significant other, Linda  Duncan of Mt. Vernon; two brothers, Mark Ross of Alliance, Nebraska and Daniel Ross and his wife, Becky, of Chesapeake, Missouri; two sisters, Patricia Hendry and her husband, Roni, of Mt. Vernon and Catherine Widiker and her husband, Steve, of Birchwood, Wisconsin and 12 grandchildren.
Steven was preceded in death by his father, Gilbert and son, Jeremy Perriman.
A visitation under the direction of the Fossett-Mosher Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon will be held from 9:00-10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 24, 2021, at St. Susanne Catholic Church in Mt. Vernon with a Catholic Mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. at the church.  Burial will follow at the Campground Cemetery in Chesapeake, Missouri.
Memorial donations may be made payable to Straight Edge Men’s Rehab in Stotts City, in care of the funeral home.
