Joe Dean Hadley

Joe Dean Hadley, 83, of Billings, passed away Thursday, Nov. 25, 2021, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield. He was born May 14, 1938, in Lawrence County, the son of Luther and Anna (Batson) Hadley.
Hadley was a 1956 graduate of Marionville High School in Marionville, and was the owner/operator of Hadley Builders, LLC. He was a member of the Buck Prairie Baptist Church.
On Aug. 31, 1957, he married Sondra Jean Pritchard, in Springfield. She preceded him in death on Nov. 28, 1994.
Hadley is survived by his daughter, Connie Morris (Hank), of Aurora; one grandson; one great-granddaughter; one brother, Charles Hadley (Sandra), of Marionville; several other nieces and nephews; brother-in-law, Mike Pritchard  (Connie), of Republic, and special friend, Sue Lawrence of Aurora.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther, and Anna; wife, Sondra; two brothers, Thomas, and Alfred Hadley and two sisters, Hildred “Billie” Rowe, and Beatrice Coffer.
A visitation will be held from 1:30-2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 2, 2021, at the Marionville IOOF Cemetery with a graveside service to follow at 2 p.m.
Memorial donations may be made payable to the First Baptist Church of Marionville for the Children’s Program, in care of the funeral home.
