Larry W. Mitchell

Larry W. Mitchell, 71, of Bolivar, passed away Dec. 20, 2021 at Mercy Hospital Springfield. He was born June 14, 1950 in Springfield to Warren and Mary Mitchell. He graduated from Marion C. Early in the class of 1968 where he excelled in basketball and baseball.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Mitchell is survived by his son, Winter Mitchell (Cayla) of Mt. Vernon; his mother, Mary Mitchell of Bolivar; a brother, Gary Mitchell (Janice) of Willard; a sister, Jeanie Robinson of Springfield, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
According to Mitchell’s wishes, his body will be cremated. A memorial service will take place at a later date. Online condolences may be made at www.greenlawnfuneralhome.com.
