Juanita Augusta Mahurin

Juanita Agusta Mahurin, 93, of Aurora passed away Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021 at her daughters home in Cassville.
She was born to Elmer and Letta James Mitchell on  May 25, 1928 in Goodman. She was a retired garment factory worker.
Survivors include one son, Gary Mahurin of Verona; six daughters, Connie Keeler and Deborah Henson both of Cassville, Ruth Maggard of Aurora, Tammy Youngblood of Exeter, Carol Rosencrans of Aurora and Carla Stewart of Exeter; 27 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bill; daughter, Sue Stockton; and brother, Roy Mitchell.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021 in the Peterson Funeral Chapel. Burial followed in Purdy Cemetery.
Visitation was held Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home.
