Arlene Frances Rainwater

Arlene Frances Rainwater, 61, of Monett, passed away Friday, Feb. 18, 2022 following a hard battle with cirrhosis.
Rainwater was born on Friday, Nov. 18, 1960 to John (David) Rainwater and Frances Withnell (Farmer), in Granby.
Rainwater was a longtime resident of Neosho and after obtaining her GED, she graduated from Crowder Community College in Neosho in 1995 with an A.A. in business management.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Samuel Rainwater, and her stepfather, Glen Withnell, Sr.
Rainwater is suvived by her three children, Joe Travis Rainwater (Holly)  of Cottage Grove, Minn., Chelsea Maureen Hawkins of Springfield, and Dakota Bruce Hawkins (Tiffany) of Marionville; stepmom Betty Rainwater (Wolken) of Kansas City; sisters Sharon Rainwater of Joplin, Lisa Kay Rainwater of Verona; brothers Leslie Rainwater (Shawndel) of Neosho, James Rainwater of Neosho and Glen Withnell, Jr. of Verona. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins.
In accordance with final wishes of Rainwater and her children, no funeral services will be held, but the family will plan a celebration of life at a later date to commemorate her life. Arrangements have been entrusted to Buchanan Funeral Home, Monett.
