Randy Eldon Gold

Randy Eldon Gold, 52, of Marionville, passed away  Sunday, Feb. 20, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin. He was born Feb. 24, 1969, in Aurora, the son of Willis and Judy (Heatherly) Gold.
Gold was a 1987 graduate of Marionville High School and was a breeder manager for Select Genetics.
On Sept. 18, 1987, he married Lori Wilson in Marionville.
Gold is survived by his wife of 34 years, Lori; one brother, Reese Gold, of Reeds; five sisters, Kelly Johnson (David), of Republic, Gayle Burgess of Aurora,  Jessie Alley, of Mt. Vernon, Garnett Gold of Alabama and Pam Gold, of Aurora; brother-in-law, Brad Wilson (Jessica), of Marionville; sister-in-law, Hailey McElroy (Jonathan), of Marionville; mother-in-law, Becky Elliott (Everette), of Marionville and several nieces and nephews.
Gold was preceded in death by his parents, Willis, and Judy; two sisters, Goldie and Willa Gold; sister-in-law, Monika Gold; father-in-law, Charles Robert (Bob) Wilson and paternal grandparents, Eldon, and Dorothy Gold.
A funeral service was at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 25, 2022, at the Williams Funeral Home in Marionville. Burial followed at the Marionville IOOF Cemetery. Visitation was from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 24, 2022, in the funeral home chapel.
