Gloria Jean (Hirsch) Harmon

Gloria Jean (Hirsch) Harmon, 76, passed away May 12, 2022 at home. Harmon was born in Monett on April 8, 1946 to Wright and Dora Hirsch. She married Dennis Harmon, Oct. 30, 1965.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dennis Harmon, daughter Denise Marie Harmon, parents Wright and Dora Hirsch, brother Fred Hirsch, two sisters and their spouses Joyce and Winford Mulkey and Richard and Mag Miller, two great-granddaughters Rozelyn and Rynlee Ray.
She is survived by three children, Steve (Noelle) Harmon, Wally (Felecia) Harmon and Loralee (Clint) Vaught; six grandchildren; two step grandchildren; two great-grandsons;  two brothers Jerry (Joyce) Hirsch and Jon (Janet) Hirsch; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and forever friends.
She worked at the family business, Dennis Harmon Welding, since its beginning in 1974 and raised her family. 
A celebration of life was held from 5-7 p.m. Monday, May 16, in the Peterson Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at a later date.
