Lillian Gladys Johnson

Lillian Gladys Johnson, 53, of Marionville passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at her home. She was born Oct. 14, 1968, in Washington, DC, the daughter of Jay and Mary Patricia (Shanahan) Simmerman.
She was a 1986 graduate of Marionville High School and attended OTC in Springfield. She was a marketing director for Mickey Gilley and a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Billings.
On May 13, 2017, she married Marty Earl Johnson in Forsyth.
She is survived by her husband, Marty; two daughters, Hailey Johnson of Marionville and Taylor Johnson of Lovington, N.M.; one son, Aaron Schumacher (Elizabeth), of Newark, Ohio; her mother, Mary Shanahan, of Marionville; mother and father-in-law, Norma and Bill Wilson, of Forsyth; two aunts, Linda Long and Becky Atkinson (George), all of Republic; two uncles, James Coker (Hazel), of Aurora and Lonnie Coker (Joyce), of Ozark; five grandchildren and several cousins, nephews and nieces.
Johnson was preceded in death by her father, Jay; one brother and her uncle, Marvin Long.
A funeral service was held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at the Williams Funeral Home in Marionville. Burial followed at the Marionville IOOF Cemetery. Visitation was from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, June 27, 2022, in the funeral home chapel.
