Gary Leon Lugar, 72, of Monett passed away Sept. 30 while at the Carthage Health and Rehab Center in Carthage. Lugar was born on Sept. 11, 1948 in Ft. Morgan, Colo., son of the late Alfred Leroy Lugar and Mildred Catherine (Warnick) Lugar.
