Billie Jean McMichael, 93, was born in Carthage on June 5, 1927 and passed away on May 25, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. McMichael graduated from Carthage High School in 1945 and married James W. (Jim) McMichael, Jr. in 1946. She was a bookkeeper for Flex-O-Lator, Inc.
