Kenneth Ray Phelps

Kenneth Ray Phelps, 71, of Aurora passed away Nov. 16, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Aurora.
He was born to Tommy and Virginia Wilson Phelps on June 12, 1949 in Aurora. He was retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years.
Survivors include sons, Mark Phelps of Knoxville, Tenn. and Larry (Danalee) Phelps of Aurora; brothers, Johnny (Marilyn) Phelps of Alabama and Grant (Monte) Phelps of Nevada; sister, Jane (Gary) Morgan of Aurora; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Larry Phelps.
No services are planned at this time. Cremation is under the care of Peterson Funeral Chapel.
