Kenneth Ray Phelps, 71, of Aurora passed away Nov. 16, 2020 at Mercy Hospital in Aurora. He was born to Tommy and Virginia Wilson Phelps on June 12, 1949 in Aurora. He was retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years.
