Franklin “Mason” Colley, age 82, of La Russell, Missouri, passed away at 5:22 p.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2020, at his home. He was born July 17, 1938, in Lawrence County, the son of William James and Leila Ruth (Galloway) Colley.
