Carl R. ‘Cotton’ Hight, 82, of Joplin, passed away Feb. 20, 2019, at his residence after a sudden illness.
Hight was born Aug. 17, 1936, in Joplin to the late Carl Hight and Verna Divine Hight and had lived in Joplin most of his life.
