James Edward Pierce, 91, of Pierce City passed away Sept. 28 at Missouri Veterans Home/Mt. Vernon. He was born in Floral, Kan. March 23, 1929. He was the son of William Franklin and Helen Beatrice (Moore) Pierce. Pierce attended school in Leon, Kan.
