Glenn Michael Garoutte, 74, of Springtown, TX, passed away on April 9th. He was born on July 7, 1947 to Glenn and Martha Garoutte on Rt2 in Verona, MO. After graduating from Verona High School with the class of 1965, he enlisted in the United States Navy to serve his beloved country.
