Stephen Wayne Jespersen, 67, of Carthage, passed away Sept. 30 at St. Luke’s Nursing Center, Carthage. Jespersen was born Oct. 23, 1952 in Neosho, the son of Raymond Leslie Jespersen and Betty Jean (Wiseman) Jespersen.
