Crystal Bell Smith passed away peacefully on Feb. 22, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on May 15, 1931, to Virgil and Silverbell (Page) Broan in Cassville. She lived most of her life in Springfield, a community she was happy to call home.

Charles Arthur Lee, 76, of Wentworth, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026, at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield. He was born in Aurora, on Saturday, Aug. 13, 1949; son of Oscar and Venita (Royster) Lee. He married Linda Masters on Friday, Feb. 18, 1966, in Miller.
