Walter Dean Gassaway, 68, of Aurora passed away on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. He was born April 30, 1956, in Peoria, Ill.; the son of Lonnie Walter and Annie Laura (Walker) Gassaway.

Ruth Adele Willhite, 85, of Monett, Missouri went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, December 16, 2024, while at Oak Pointe in Monett. Ruth was born in Walhalla, North Dakota on July 1, 1939; the daughter of Earl Alvin and Ouida Mildred (Walters) Young.

Jennifer Paige White, 53, of Cassville, formerly of Pierce City and Mt. Vernon, died on Dec. 17, 2024, at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield following a long decline in her health. Jennifer was born on Dec. 1, 1971, in Texas, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Scherer.
