Dena Childress David, 76, of Pierce City, passed away March 31, 2020, at her home in Pierce City. She was born in Union, Miss. Dec. 7, 1943 to Mertis and Abbiedeen Butts. She spent many years working at Herds Truck Stop, Jump Stop in Monett, waitressing and bartending.
Charles LeRoy Charter, 77, of Eagle Rock, passed away April 2, 2020 at Missouri Veterans Home in Mt. Vernon.
He was born July 9, 1942 in Cleveland, Ohio, to Chester Lloyd and Marcille (Rustman) Charter. In 1964 he was married to Verna Betten, who survives.
