Walter Charles (W.C.) Simpson, 99, of Billings, passed away Nov. 24, 2019 at The Ozarks Methodist Manor in Marionville. Simpson was born July 29, 1920 in Elmore City, Okla. to Charles Edward and Ira Belle (Thomas) Simpson.
Dennis R. Swofford, 65, of Jenkins, passed away Nov. 24, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. Swofford was born Nov. 27, 1953 in Aurora, to Randle and Mary Ellen (Fare) Swofford. He was married in 1984 to Wilma (Lee), who survives.
Thomas “Hal” Harold, 64, of Verona, passed away Nov. 23, 2019 in his home. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation was under the care of Peterson Funeral Chapel. A full obituary will follow.
Jeri Darlene Toth, 67, of Billings, passed away Nov. 19, 2019 in her home.
She will be cremated and no formal services are planned, under the direction of Walnut Lawn Funeral Home Ltd., DeGraffenreid-Wood Crematory.
Alva James “Jim” Sperry, Jr., 91, of Monett, passed away Nov. 23, 2019, at Cox Monett Hospital following a sudden illness. Sperry was born July 23, 1928 in Springfield, to the late Alva James, Sr. and Britta (Lane) Sperry.
