Popcorn Fish by Anna Marie Danforth
1 lb. fish (any kind), skinned, boned, and cut into bite-size pieces
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
1/2 can beer, approximately
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup yellow corn meal
