Mt. Vernon Softball Completes Historic Run With Second State Title
The Lady Mt’neers finished their historic season last week with a 6-0 shutout victory over the West County Lady Bulldogs to hoist the 1st place trophy for just the second time in school history.

The Mt. Vernon boys tennis team competed in districts at Monett High School on Tuesday, May 9, and the doubles team of Malachi Hennum and Tyler Moore won their doubles matches advancing them to sectionals held at Spirit of ’76 Park in Mt. Vernon on Friday, May 12.
