William “Bill” Vernon Mart, 82, of Monett passed away Wednesday March 2, 2022. He was born on Nov. 26, 1939 in Red Oak, Iowa; the son of the late Marshall and Pauline (Morrison) Mart. He was united in marriage in Indionola, Iowa on June 27, 1981 to Dorothy Phillips.
Edna June Jay, 77, passed away Feb. 23, 2022. She was born March 11, 1944 to Edna Erna (Hasenbank) and John Dinger Jr. in Wamego, Kan. Preceded in death by her parents Edna and John Dinger, Jr.
Shirley Marie Cain, 74, of Mt. Vernon, passed away Thursday, Feb. 24, 2022, at her home. She was born Dec. 20, 1947, in Wier, Kan., the daughter of Dewey and Lydia Mae (Jacquient) Pennington.
Ned Allen “Tarzan” Price, 64, of Mt. Vernon, passed away Sunday, Feb. 27, 2022, at his home. He was born April 5, 1957, in Kansas City, the son of Ned and Inola Nell (Burd) Price.
Price worked in construction and was a farmer.
Clifford Wayne Daniel, 91, of Monett passed away in Monett on Thursday March 3, 2022. He was born in Galena, on April 19, 1930; the son of the late Pearl Guyman and Iva Marie (Maples) Daniel. He was united in marriage on Dec. 28, 1950 to Pauline Crouch.
